Privacy Policy

1. No account, no personal profile

You can use Zodiac Star without creating an account. We never ask for — and cannot see — your name, email address, phone number or birthday. The app is not a social service and contains no user profiles.

2. Information stored on your device

• Your selected zodiac sign and birth details — used only to generate readings locally on your phone.
• Your preferences: language, theme and AI settings.
• A random device identifier (UUID) generated on your device. It is used only to apply your daily AI question quota and is not linked to your identity.

3. Information sent to our servers (AI features only)

• When you use Ask the Stars, your question together with basic chart context (your sign, the period and today's locally generated reading summary) is sent to our server to generate the answer.
• We do not store your questions. The only server-side records are your anonymous device ID with its daily quota counter, and content you explicitly submit through the in-app report function.

4. Advertising

Zodiac Star is free because of advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device-level identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Third-party services

AI answers are generated by a large-language-model provider that processes requests on our behalf. The request contains only the content described in section 3; we do not transmit personal identifiers.

6. Children's privacy

Zodiac Star is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Your rights and data deletion

• All on-device information is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
• Server-side records are limited to anonymous quota counters. Because they cannot be linked to you personally, there is no personal data to delete; if you believe a record relates to you, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Security

All communication with our servers is protected with HTTPS encryption. We practice data minimization by design: the least data possible is kept for the shortest time necessary.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes are indicated by the new date above this text.
